Igår blev det Sthlm på förmiddagen för att styra upp ett arbete som ska göras under november. Kommer förhoppningsvis inte behöva vara uppe riktigt lika mycket som jag trodde😃 Känns toppen det! 

Hann hem igår till ett RPM-pass på Actic, jäv-r vad tufft det var😳 Har ju tidigare gått på spinningpass vilket inte riktigt har haft samma tempo! Men mycket styr man ju över själv på cykeln och nu har jag ju lagt ribban för mig själv😉

Idag har jag haft en mamma/son-dag❤️Plockat & städat på hans rum tillsammans på förmiddagen, han påstod till och med att det var roligt att städa med mamma👍🏻 
På lunchen smet jag dock iväg på tabata/bodybalance på Actic😊 Så grymt kul med bästa instruktören💪🏻

Eftermiddagen tog vi cyklarna upp på stan och gick på bio❤️ Så mysigt! Efter bion skulle vi fortsätta med Max rum, men båda var trötta som tusan så det blev matlagning och soffhäng resten av kvällen! 

Curryräkor och bönspagetti 

Koka upp saltat vatten, lägg i bönspagettin och koka efter anvisning. 

Gör under tiden currysåsen:

2 dl créme fraiche 
2 dl grädde
1 stor pressad vitlöksklyfta
Curry efter tycke och smak
Svartpeppar & lite salt

Koka upp och låt puttra på svag värme ca 5 min, så att såsen tjocknar lite. 
Ta av stekpannan från plattan och lägg i räkorna. Vänd runt så de blir varma. (Räkor får absolut inte koka) 


Coop har bästa räkorna, färdigskalade, stora och KRAV-märkta👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Sonen var väldigt skeptisk till en början men maträtten fick väl godkänt iallafall! 

Bönspagetti i botten toppas med curryräkor och grönsallad!
